We stand behind our refurbished computers with an outstanding 90 Day Hardware Warranty Policy. RefurbishedPC.com offers a 90 Day Limited Warranty starting from original purchase date. First 30 Days are money back guarantee. RefurbishedPC will provide Technical Support at no additional charge to you. Technical Support is limited to original hardware and operating system software installed by RefurbishedPC. This warranty covers the computer’s hardware against functional defects that are not covered by the original manufacturer. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as peripheral and/or software installation assistance. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair.
UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR ATTEMPTS WILL VOID WARRANTY
The warranty extends only to you, the original Purchaser, and is not transferable. Data recovery is not included under this warranty, and Refurbished PC is not responsible for data that may be lost during transit or repair.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty technical service from RefurbishedPC, please call our Customer Support Team at 1-562-546-3355, Monday-Friday 9am-4pm Pacific Time or you can send an email to email@example.com. If your problem cannot be resolved by our technicians, we will arrange to receive your item back for replacement or refund. If you are sending any item back, please make sure to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number which is required to be included inside the package(s) being returned. All returned products must have an “RMA” number and should be shipped to: Refurbished PC Returns Dept 15946 Downey Ave Paramount, CA 90723. If an item is returned without a valid RMA number, we will be unable to process a return, exchange, or refund. Once we receive your item, we will assist you with the problem and correct it.
Buyers will be responsible for return shipping cost and a restocking fee of up to 20% per item, IF item is returned simply because you no longer need it, or we find it not to be defective during our inspection, or it is being returned for any reason other than covered under our hardware warranty. Original shipping costs are not refundable. RMA’s are processed within 2 business days of delivery at our facility. If you are returning an item for refund, you must return everything you received in the same way you received in order to get a full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, you can expect a refund or exchange shipment to be arranged within 3 business days. It could take an additional 2-5 days for refunds to appear back in your account due to the varying processing time of different banks.
Warranty Technical Service DOES NOT include:
Laptop batteries, repair and/or replacement of Computer Products or Components damaged by accident, abuse, modification or attempted repairs by anyone other than RefurbishedPC, unsuitable physical or operating environments, improper maintenance, intentional measures of products, tampering or removal of RefurbishedPC serial numbers or Certificate Stickers, failures caused by a product for which RefurbishedPC is not responsible, as well as acts of God including but not limited to floods, lightning, earthquakes, hurricanes and tornadoes. Warranty also excludes installation issues with a product purchased elsewhere. Warranty does not cover any software issues or unauthorized repairs/upgrades. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty, unless specifically instructed by our technicians.
Item Condition Information:
Every single computer goes through a refurbishing process and is tested numerous times before shipping. All parts are tested carefully, and computers are restored to its original specifications. Refurbished condition does not guarantee a brand-new look. These are off-lease computers which go through the refurbishing process listed on our About Us page: Computers are cleaned, all parts are fully tested and replaced if necessary, and operating system is installed with latest updates and drivers. Items may show signs of normal cosmetic wear and tear, which do not affect the functionality of the computer. All computers are shipped in perfect working order. Standard shipments will be shipped through FedEx. We usually ship within 1-3 days Business Days of payment received. Tracking Numbers will be emailed shortly after your order is placed. If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in the same box or boxes to ensure a safer delivery. We do not ship to any location outside of the USA. We only ship to confirmed addresses within 48 lower states*.
*SHIPPING/FORWARDING ITEMS TO OUT OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S. WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
